Murder-Suicide Victim Had Filed Protective Order 1 Week Before Shooting

Records show a 47-year-old Utah woman had filed a protective order against her ex-girlfriend a week before she was found shot to death in her car. Police say a second woman found dead near the scene was the ex-girlfriend and are calling the incident a murder-suicide.
