South Korea and the city of Pyeonchang are set to host the 2018 Winter Olympics but they may want some help. According to a report by The Guardian, South Korea is attempting to see if North Korea can host some events to help improve peace relations. This suggestion comes off the back of South Korean President Moon Jae-in suggesting the counties could submit a joint bid for the 2030 World Cup. “If the neighboring countries in north-east Asia, including North and South Korea, can host the World Cup together, it would help to create peace.”
