Who is it in the brain that is capable of seeing without eyes?

ADNAN OKTAR: The brain receives electric signals from the eyes. The eye sends electric signals because it cannot see on its own. All eyes are actually blind. The only eye that can see is the one in the brain. Eyes simply produce electricity, and that is all they are capable of. It transmits the electricity to a part of the brain that is quite tiny. The quality of the transmitted electric signals is very low. In other words, if these signals are to be converted into image, the resulting image quality would be terrible. But someone, an eye perceives those electric signals in color. Mind you that this time it perceives without an actual eye. The eyes are indispensable until that point, but they do not perceive the image itself, but the electricity. The brain perceives the image as three dimensional, and it does so without the help of the eyes. In other words, someone without eyes see the image as three dimensional. And the image is so clear that the person is certain what he sees is really in front of him.
