Former India cricketer Madan Lal said that next India coach has to keep quiet and work silently behind the scenes to succeed otherwise he will suffer the same fate as Kumble did. Meanwhile, he backed Anil Kumble's decision to step down as the head coach of the national cricket team. Lal said that a coach needs to have the respect of the players in the dressing room to be successful but if that is not the case then he should step down.
