Deputies Capture, Cuff Loose Llama as 'Llama Buddies' Watch

Deputies with the Solano County, California, Sheriff’s Office had to learn a new trick recently — how to successfully wrangle a loose llama.In this video, posted Monday, June 19, two deputies had to coax a llama out of a roadway after it had escaped from its pasture. As the deputies were cuffing it using an orange rope, a herd of other llamas came to watch at the fenceline.“We are happy to report this wayward llama was unharmed and reunited with his llama buddies after a verbal counseling,” the post said.
