Last month, Tiger Woods was arrested for DUI in Florida and is now facing problems with his custody agreement over his kids because of his behavior.
RadarOnline.com has learned the disgraced golfer has secretly entered into a rehab program in a bid to keep his joint custody of his two kids, Sam and Charlie.
A source told Radar, “Tiger visited the hospital with his children on June 2, then went alone two days later to complete paperwork and his assessment.”
