A cool video has emerged of two friends surfing on flood water in North Lauderdale, FL, USA.
The footage, shot on June 7, shows Destra Benoit, 19, and his friend being towed by a car while they ride a surfboard in the street.
"[We] took the time out to have fun while everyone else was stuck in the house complaining about how bad the flooding was," Benoit told Newsflare.
