As many as 8,000 people were forced to evacuate their homes in Knysna, South Africa, as a wildfire fueled by winds ravaged the Western Cape town overnight from Wednesday, June 7.Footage tweeted by one reporter for broadcaster SABC on Thursday captures the destruction wrought by the fire. According to news reports, four people were killed in the blaze.A Western Cape official tweeted on Thursday that about 250 structures were destroyed in the fire, according to local authorities.-
