Matar paneer is very easy to make and so very quickly.

Paneer which is also known as cottage cheese is very healthy to eat!!

Matar Paneer (Mutter Paneer), a delicious combination of soft paneer and healthy green peas in a mild spicy gravy.

This is one popular paneer recipe amongst all the north Indian paneer recipes!

This dish can be eaten with plain rice or with chapati.

PANEER (COTTAGE CHEESE ) 300 GM
GREEN PEAS 1 CUP
ONION 1
TOMATO 3
GARLIC 7 CLOVES
GINGER 1 INCH
GREEN CHILLI 2
OIL 4 TABLESPOON
CUMIN SEEDS 1 TABLESPOON
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TEASPOON
TURMERIC POWDER 1 TEASPOON
GARAM MASALA 1/2 TEASPOON
CORIENDER POWDER 2 TEASPOON
ASAFOETIDA (HING) 1/2 TEASPOON
BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1/2 TEASPOON
DRY MANGO POWDER 1 TEASPOON
SALT TO TASTE
CORIENDER LEAVES FOR GARLISHING
