Both the matches abandoned due to incessant rain, and it was heartbreaking to see this happening when they were well-placed to register an easy win. The have only 2 points so far even after playing 2 matches. It is well known fact that June is the month of heavy rain fall in England and organising Champions Trophy in this month is a bad idea. If team like Australia lose their place in tournament without playing the game then it will be because of ICC's fault to some extent.
