Katie Cassidy stars on the TV show, “Arrow,” but now it seems cupid’s arrow has hit her in real life.
The 30-year-old actress is engaged to Matthew Rodgers, and quickly spread the news on Instagram saying, “I can’t wait to spend forever with you my darling! I’m the luckiest girl in the whole world! I love YOU to the moon and back!”
