West Indies team cricket team will now be called Windies. Cricket West Indies began its 91st year with a new name and website as part of a comprehensive rebranding programme. The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) will be renamed Cricket West Indies (CWI) and formally recognise all representative teams as the WINDIES.
