PepsiCo is going cuckoo for coconut water. Specifically for the parent company of Vita Coco, All Market. The company that the soft drink maker reportedly hopes to acquire has some A-list investors like Madonna and Matthew McConaughey. PepsiCo hopes the acquisition will help them keep up with market demands for healthier options. There is still no certainty that negotiations will result in a deal.
