Delhi Metro launched Heritage Line, Here are the key facts | वनइंडिया हिंदी

DMRC threw open the ITO-Kashmere Gate ‘Heritage Line’ to public . The new line has three stations — Delhi Gate, Jama Masjid and Red Fort. It is essentially an extension of the Violet Line that runs between Faridabad and ITO presently.
दिल्ली मेट्रो की हेरिटेज लाइन शुरू हो गयी है। ये लाइन वायलेट लाइन की एक्सटेंशन है। अब यात्री फरीदाबाद के एस्कॉर्ट मुजेसर स्टेशन से सीधे कश्मीरी गेट स्टेशन तक जा सकेंगे। पहले यात्रियों को कश्मीरी गेट तक जाने के लिए केंद्रीय सचिवालय पर मेट्रो बदलनी पड़ती थी। इस हेरिटेज कॉरिडोर में आईटीओ के अलावा दिल्ली गेट, जामा मस्जिद, लाल किला और कश्मीरी गेट स्टेशन होंगे।
