On Tuesday, Miley Cyrus performed at the season 12 finale of 'The Voice.' Miley dedicated the performance to Ariana Grande and the victims of the Manchester bombing. Usher also paid tribute to the victims, The terrorist attack that the Islamic State claimed has taken 22 lives and left over 59 people injured.
