Facebook signs Buzzfeed, Vox in videos streaming deal

Facebook signed deals with entertainment outlets including Vox, BuzzFeed, ATTN, Group Nine Media to produce shows for its upcoming video streaming service. The social networking giant plans to offer two types of videos, including scripted and unscripted shows, which will be shorter. The scripted shows will be owned by Facebook and will last 20 to 30 minutes. The unscripted shows, which will come from a third party, will be about 5 to 10 minutes. It's said Facebook will pay $10,000 to $35,000 for the shorter shows and give creators 55 percent of revenue from ads.
