The NFL(also called the No Fun League) has decided to cut back on its celebration restrictions and put some fun back in the game. Some stuff, however, is still illegal. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell released a letter to fans explaining his reasoning behind the change, mentioning that the league consulted with both current and former players. "We know that you love the spontaneous displays of emotion that come after a spectacular touchdown. And players have told us they want more freedom to be able to express themselves and celebrate their athletic achievements."
