Russell Simmons shares some of his secrets of his success with Sway and Heather B., and encourages meditating and having a silent time especially within our youth. Russell also shares some details about his new book, Success Through Stillness which contains his lessons and his advice. Pete Rock reminisces on working with Run DMC and seeing Jam Master Jay on his doorstep. Salaam Remi gets into the growth of hip-hop and brining original styles of music into new music and how everything is recycled and reused in this culture.
