Report: Times Square driver pleaded for NYC cops to shoot him

The mad driver who rammed his car into pedestrians on a crowded Times Square street in New York City told police he want them to shoot him. Richard Rojas told police, according to the NY Post. Rojas, 26, was twice arrested for DWI but wasn't drunk when he got behind the wheel of his maroon Honda. He's currently being tested for drugs. One person is dead and at least 22 others were injured earlier this afternoon in the incident.
