Stalley Talks About Debut Album "Ohio", His Influences & Why Lyrical Rap is So Important to Him

It’s been a busy week for MMG member and Ohio native Stalley, releasing the Eazy E inspired visuals for his single “Jackin’ Chevys” and most importantly revealing that his debut album “Ohio” will be dropping on October 28th.
Stalley stopped by the Sway In The Morning studios to discuss his contact with Meek Mill, how MMG has grown into a family, and how each member contributes with their own style. We also hear about some of Stalley’s influences and why lyrical rap is so important to him after growing up listening to Mos Def, Common, Talib Kweli, and The Roots.
