Kendrick Lamar joins Founding Fathers at US Capitol

A painting of Kendrick Lamar will soon be on display at the U.S. Capitol. The painting is part of the 2017 Congressional Arts Competition, an annual contest for high school students to showcase their artwork at the Capitol for one year. Among the 2017 winners is Colorado student Tiona Cordova, the artist behind the first place Lamar painting titled "Utmost Appreciation."
