Robin Thicke takes legal action against dad's third wife over estate

Alan Thicke's two eldest sons are preparing for a legal battle against their father's widow, Tanya Callau Thicke, related to their father's estate. The late star's two eldest sons, Brennan and musician Robin Thicke, allege that Callau is disputing the prenup she signed back in 2005. "Now that Alan is dead, Tanya claims there are numerous problems with the Trust and the Prenuptial Agreement," Alex Weingarten, Thicke's attorney. Brennan and Robin are co-trustees of their father's living trust, owning 75 percent of Alan's personal effects and 60 percent of his estate.
