Ninth Rebel Convoy Leaves Homs Neighborhood Under Evacuation Deal

A ninth convoy, comprising mainly rebel fighters and their families, left the besieged neighborhood of al-Waer, Homs, on May 10 as part of a deal that the Syrian government claims will help end fighting in the area.Opposition media said that the bus convoy headed to the opposition city of Jarablus in north Syria.
