Many parts of Quebec were threatened with rising floodwaters on Sunday, May 7, with this dramatic video recorded showing waters spilling over buildings at a hydroelectric generating station near Chaudière Falls.Many major roads near Gatineau were closed and detours were put in effect, according to reports. No casualties were reported.
