Diesel scrappage plans unveiled after High Court ruling

Drivers of the most polluting diesel vehicles could be paid to get them off the roads. It's part of an effort to reduce harmful levels of nitrogen oxide and improve air quality, all of which the government had tried to delay until after the General Election. But after ClientEarth launched a legal challenge the High Court ordered that the plans be published sooner. Environmental campaigners say the plans don't go far enough. Report by Pagead.
