Jaitley thinks RJD-JDU coalition as 'impractical'

Addressing his second press conference in as many days to highlight achievements of Narendra Modi government in first year in office Jaitley said that bjp is hopeful of winning the Bihar assembly election later this year and termed the Rashtriya Janata Dal-Janata Dal (United) coalition as "impractical".
