Florida Deputies Remove An Alligator From A Swimming Pool

A gator in Florida recently took a dip in somebody’s pool, which resulted in a call to the Polk County Sherriff’s Office.

Florida has some truly beautiful weather, and, as such, a good number of swimming pools.
The state also has a rather active alligator population.
On Monday, a gator took a dip in somebody’s pool, which resulted in a call to the Polk County Sherriff’s Office.
Soon after, authorities arrived at the Cedar Cove home and apprehended the intruder. They also took some pictures.
The sherriff’s office posted the images on its Facebook page and wrote, “Today, this guy (or could be a girl?) decided to go swimming in Cedar Cove (Winter Haven) but since it's #WaterSafetyMonth [the] Sgt…and Deputy…responded to make the pool safe again. Well they would have responded in any other month, it was just convenient to use that hashtag #welovehashtags.”
