Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's secretary Rajendra Kumar accused of corruption

In a seemingly ironic turn of events, a complaint has been filed against the secretary of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for corruption.According to a report in The Indian Express, the complaint was filed by former Delhi Dialogues Commission-member Ashish Joshi against Rajendra Kumar, the top bureaucrat in the ministry.In his complaint, Joshi has alleged that Kumar had created two companies called Caltoonz and EDUDEL MIS between 2002 and 2005 while he was the Director of Education.
