PM Modi talks to China over Lakhvi issue

With China blocking UN action against Pakistan for release of Mumbai attacks mastermind Zaki ur Rehman Lakhvi, PM Narendra Modi has himself raised the issue with the Chinese leadership, emphasizing before it that this was an emotive issue for Indians who have not yet forgotten the dastardly terror strike that left 166 dead. India is upset with Beijing for having blocked the UN move - at India's insistence - to seek an explanation from Islamabad over the alleged violation of 1267 sanctions regime in releasing Lakhvi.
