The image of a minister in Jammu and Kashmir touching the collar of a woman doctor is getting viral and criticized widely on social media. He is the state health minister of Jammu and Kahsmir, Chaudhary Lal Singh had gone to a government hospital to check preparedness for the Amarnath pilgrimage.
