Amarnath Yatra : First batch of over 1200 pilgrims leave Jammu

And this is that time of the year again when pilgrims cover thousands of miles to worship Baba Amarnath. The first batch of pilgrims which includes more than 1200 people left Jammu today for Amarnath Yatra. This holy journey tohigh Himalayan cave shrine in south Kashmir Anantnag district is 14,500 ft. the yatra spread over 59 days and will begin on Thursday.
