Yakub Memon, Mumbai blast convict, likely to be hanged on July 30

Mumbai blasts convict Yakub Memon is likely to be hanged on July 30 if his petition for mercy is rejected by the Supreme Court. This will be the first execution related to the 1993 serial blasts. According to the sources, Tada court in Mumbai has issued a death warrant of 53 yr old Memon. He is currently in the Nagpur Central jail.
