Indian citizens have no right to privacy, says Modi Govt to SC

Narendra Modi government today told the Supreme Court that citizens don't have fundamental right to privacy under the Constitution. The Supreme Court was hearing a petition filed against the Aadhar card scheme on the grounds that the scheme violated citizens’ right to privacy.
