Just recently Pakistan High Commissioner invited Kashmiri separatist for talks and now Pakistan Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar has accused India of financing terror attacks in Pakistan, including the suicide bombing that recently killed the Punjab home minister. One online portal reported the minister as saying - "Who is behind terrorist attacks (in Pakistan)? It is very clear to us. This is the same enemy who we come face to face (with) courageously at the Wagah border daily." The NSA level talks between the two countries are schduled to be held on 23rd August.
