OROP is our Constitutional right, Govt delaying it unnecessarily: Veteran Army officer

Protesting over the demand for One Rank One Pension (OROP) a veteran Amry officer Dilbag Singh Dabas told OneIndia that they do not understand what are the problems the Government is facing in passing the OROP even after passing it in the Parliament. The Govt has money to declare special package for Bihar but faces technical problems in passing OROP which is their Constitutional right.
