Fly Between Saturn And Its Rings In 360°

by Jeff DonlanThanks to NASA animation, you can now fly between Saturn and its rings. The Cassini spacecraft just became the first to explore this region. Traveling at over 70,000 mph through the 1,500 mile gap, it will make this trip 21 more times over the next five months. The spacecraft will study Saturn’s mass and the origin of its rings. After this mission, Cassini will burn up in Saturn’s atmosphere.
