Chris Soules Ordered To ‘Take Responsibility For His Actions’ As He Skips Out On Crash Victim’s Wake

Chris Soules’ deadly crash victim, Kenneth Mosher, was laid to rest on Sunday April 30.
While over 100 family and friends gathered to pay their respects, the Soules family was not in attendance, despite being neighbors and reported family friends with the 66-year-old victim.
Chris’ absence didn’t go unnoticed as mourners, who attended the late farmer’s wake, expressed their outrage to RadarOnline.com over the former Bachelor star’s decision to leave the scene of the fatal accident.
“He should have stayed at the scene – that’s just the moral thing to do for anyone that has an accident,” Kenneth’s longtime co-worker, Dave Kamus, told Radar. “It’s all gonna come out in court. It’s going to be a long trial.”
Another mourner, who didn’t want to be identified, told the site, “Oh I’m mad because he left the scene. He should [have] stayed there like a man – take responsibility for his actions!”
Despite the tragic circumstances surrounding Kenneth’s untimely death, a family insider told Radar, “The family is taking it rather well. I don’t think the shock will come in until after the funeral – when things settle down.”
Kenneth was laid to rest in an open casket adorned with flowers that featured a tractor, in a casual farmer’s shirt.
As OK! readers know, Chris rear-ended Kenneth’s tractor with his Chevy pickup truck on April 24th.
After making a frantic 911 call, the reality star left the scene and was found at a house, hours later, where he refused to leave without a police warrant. Once law enforcement received said warrant, Chris was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident that left one individual dead.
Police have yet to determine if alcohol was involved in the crash, as alcoholic beverages and a container were found at the scene of the arrest.
Chris is due back in court on May 9.
Story developing.
