Suicide Blast in Afghanistan , 4 killed and 40 injured, Taliban claims the attack

At least four people were killed and nearly 40 others injured in a suicide car bombing on the outskirts of the Afghan capital on Wednesday. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
