Heavy Snowfall Blankets Garden City

A heavy layer of snow fell on Garden City on April 30 as a swath of wintry weather swept over western Kansas.This footage was geotagged to Garden City by an uploader who wrote that it shows her backyard.Power outages and winds of around 40 miles per hour accompanied the snowfall, according to reports from The Wichita Eagle and The Hutchinson News. Other regions of western Kansas, including Dodge City, received around 14 inches of snow, The Hutchinson News reported.
