21st Century Fox, Blackstone considering bid for Tribune Media

21st Century Fox is in talks with investment firm Blackstone Group as the company considers submitting an offer to buy Tribute Media Co. While Blackstone would provide cash, Fox would provide 28 TV stations as part of the agreement. Tribune, which owns 42 stations, has a company market value of around $3.2 billion as of Friday's report. Nexstar Media Group Inc and Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc are also bidding for Tribue, according to Reuters.
