Cezar Guerrero the 10th grade to be phenom point guard who played summer ball for Dinos Trigonis' Belmont Shore. Cezar keeps impressing the scouts and colleges coaches like he did at the Pangos All-West camp where he made the top 25 game and held his ground with some sweet moves and clutch baskets (he was the youngest on the team).
