Mitchell Johnson announces retirement from international cricket

Australian cricketer Mitchell Johnson has announced his retirement from international cricket. He will retire at the conclusion of the second Test between Australia and New Zealand in Perth. He is a left-arm fast bowler and left-handed batsman. He is the Australia's fourth highest Test wicket-taker with 311 after Shane Warne, Glenn McGrath, and Dennis Lillee. He bagged 587 wickets since his debut for Australia against New Zealand at Christchurch in December 2005.
