Heavy rain continues in Chennai, school and colleges to remain shut

Heavy rains continue to lash Chennai and parts of Tamil Nadu on Monday, throwing the normal life completely out of gear. The authorities gave ordered the closure of schools and colleges in Chennai and other affected cities.
