Chennai Floods: MIOT hospital ICU patients survived on bread

In MIOT hospital in Chennai that witnessed the death of 18 patients due to power failure, a patient who survived in the ICU said she was given only 120 ml oats and a slice of bread after the power went off. She added that the management abandoned them on Tuesday night.
