Osmania University beef festival row : 8 organizers, BJP MLA arrested

There is a curfew like situation in Osmania University of Hyderabad over proposed beef festival by some students' groups. Eight organizers of the controversial festival' were detained while BJP MLA T Raja Singh, who was opposing the the event, was arrested today morning. The BJP legislator had threatened that if beef festival was allowed, a Dadri-like situation might occur.
