Secretary level talks between India and Pakistan are not taking place tomorrow. The talks that were scheduled for 15 Jan has been called off and will happen at the later stage. Pakistan's minister of foreign affairs Khalilullah Qazi has said that the two governments will remain in touch so that a date can be fixed.
