BJP leader Hema Malini attacked congress vice president Rahul Gandhi and called him 'bechara' for opposing the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Bill. She told reporters in Mathura, "The Congress leader does not want the GST bill passed because he knows it is a good step for the people and would be another feather in the cap of BJP government. For having this mentality, I would call him bechara."
