Jayalalithaa launches 'Amma Call Center' to hear public grievances

Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa has launched Amma Call Centre and 1100, a toll-free helpline, facilitating general public to air grievances relating to state government departments. The government has already launched a series of schemes under brand Amma like Amma Water, Amma Pharmacy, Amma Farm Fresh Outlets, Amma Cement and Amma Salt.
