Rahul Gandhi on hunger strike on Rohith's suicide issue in Hyderabad

Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi sits on hunger strike today joining the protesting students at Hyderabad university demonstrating against the suicide of Dalit scholar Rohith Vemula earlier this month. Reports states that it will be a day long hunger strike from 6 am to 6pm. Rohith was found hanging inside a hostel room in the university on January 17. he took this step after he was expelled from the university for allegedly attacking an ABVP leader.
