Hearts find true relief only with trust in God

ADNAN OKTAR: Those who live in ignorance are lacking in trust in God. When they get some news, they suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, or when someone says something that would upset them, they start to dither and cannot get it out of their minds. When they encounter a threat, or they become perplexed in the face of danger, again they are upset. Why don't you trust in God, it is all in your destiny. Nothing happens out of destiny, you can feel at ease. Not trusting in God means letting the biggest luxury slip away from your fingers. It is not a sensible behavior. Trusting God is more effective than even the strongest antidepressant. Putting one's trust in God makes a positive impact that no antidepressant is capable of. Therefore in the Qur'an, God strongly emphasizes putting trust in God. In other words, it is one of the indispensable characteristics of the believers.

"So put your trust in God;" I seek refuge in God from satan. "You are clearly on a path of truth." Look, "So put your trust in God. You are clearly on a path of truth." (Surah an-Naml, 79)

"He (satan) has no authority over those who have faith and put their trust in their Lord." (Surah an-Nahl, 99)
